Went with a lawyer group that helps vets with claims for 30% initial I was advised to try tdiu at 80% got denied and reduced to 60%. Than asked for a higher review and receded my tdiu request. Initial got zero for mental health. Just did my higher review through tele health actually went pretty well. My initial claim that I got higher reviewed was In person the woman I had caught an attitude with me while I explained my symptoms and she rated me zero. So I feel with this notice that I could have hope 🙏
