( as many factors are there i think chances are low for special round, as many of seats are already taken )

What are the chances of getting BIT sindri in Spot round i didn't get any seat till round 4, my CML was 28XX And category rank was 14X (SC )
( if seats remain vacant ; also can anybody tell me how approx many seats are gonna remain vacant for spot round ??? )

What i have to do to be in state merit list ?? i have registered in round 3 but didnt get any seat ( i have paid both security deposit + counselling fees ), now what i have to do for 4th round ???

Being an SC with CML 268X and Category Rank of 1XX what can i get in BIT Sindri ??
