I'm making my first spell jar for protection for my twin who's serving in the military. I've been searching Google for herbs/plants and crystals I can include. All the resources I can find are mostly mentioning supplies for protection for the mind/house. I am looking for physical protection but can't find much about that. Any advice on what to include would be amazing! Thank you for your help!
