Mint plant help

Hello! I got a mint plant 2 weeks ago and moved it to a bigger pot but it looks like it’s dying/drying. Most leaves are falling off and some are turning brown and others yellow. I also noticed there are black dots on some leaves.

It’s currently outdoors and gets around 3-4 hours of direct sunlight but definitely lots of natural indirect lights too. I was told i should water it frequently and that mint loves water so i watered it on sunday and again today (wednesday)

I am not really sure about the type of soil as it was already in the pot / not bought recently

Please help 🙏🏻

Am i watering it too much? Or too little? Should i change its position?
