None of the info on my Mohela dashboard is accurate, and I get so many presumably auto-generated emails from Mohela with out-of-date info. What am I supposed to do?
I've been on an IDR paying $64 for almost a year, the money is always taken out of my bank, is reflected as PSLF payments on studentaid.gov, even says my loans are in repayment IDR on Mohela, but my amount due has forever been $0.
Every few weeks I get an email like "your repayment schedule has changed." But nothing changes though. I still pay $64 for my IDR, the payment is always listed as $0, but every one of these emails say that my monthly payment will jump from $64 to $2364 in 8/2025.
I sent in my IDR renewal last month because they said "this is a 90d courtesy notice, so submit now and we will hold until reprocessing in June 25." It was seemingly approved yesterday on May 27 a whole month sooner? But the PDF email in my Mohela inbox has $64 (old payment) for the next two months, and still shows the same jump to $2364 in 8/2025.
I seriously doubt an actual human is reviewing anything. I did my part and submitted by IDR recert last month, and even though I did what I was supposed to do, I am 100% sure next month in June/July I will once again automated emails with useless information about "dont miss your deadline" or "your repayment schedule has changed."
Obviously I've called them but nobody can tell me anything without this mythical "advanced agent" who I can never reach despite being on hold 8am-8pm.
