I am considering buying a grr450 dash variant. However, there's a lot of ambiguity in terms of mileage. Some say 20kmpl and some claim 29-30kmpl in city traffic. What can I realistically expect?

Secondly, what about the rear fender extender/ tire hugger to avoid splash? Do you guys get it in the showroom or as a third-party accessory? If so how much would it cost?
