Dell / HP or Lenovo. Tell me your love/hate experiences!

I'm in the process of buying my next laptop and have narrowed my shortlist down to three:

* **Dell Pro 5 Series 14 (P514265)**,

* **HP ZBook 8 G2a**,

* **Lenovo P14s Gen 7**

I've configured each of them to be as close to equivalent as possible (AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 450, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, 14" display, minimum 500 nits, 100% sRGB, etc.).

On paper, the HP is coming out significantly cheaper than the other two for an almost identical specification. That's obviously attractive, but I don't want to buy purely because it's the cheapest if there are compromises that don't show up on a spec sheet.

I'd therefore be really interested to hear from anyone who has owned or worked with any of these machines. How have they held up over time? Any reliability issues, build quality concerns, thermal problems, keyboard or trackpad preferences, warranty experiences, or anything else that isn't obvious from reading the specifications?

Many thanks!
