AARP Magazine (Apr/May2026)article”How old are you Really? They discuss several factors, pro and con, some will change your age by a fraction. The two factors that increased my age were “male: +5.36 years” and “Type 2 diabetes: + 12 years”. They go on to say, “added aging caused by diabetes can be stymied if both your blood sugar and your blood pressure are well controlled.” I’m focused on getting those 12 years back!!
