So I'm trying to play TOTK on my pc but when I'm in the game is slow.. max speed is 100% and speeding up the game doesn't do anything.

I've tried changing cpu related settings, running the app as administrator and changing priority to high in task manager. Cpu usage is a constant 0% gpu is around 80% ingame. The windows anti-virus is the only thing using any cpu if that's important.
