I got an offer and will only give a three days notice

I started a job in January and let’s just say it’s been nothing but pure misery. My role was brand new and they were still figuring it out as time goes on which I found strange. You should have a role laid about before hiring someone. The employees are great and have made the environment more livable but as you can guess the boss is a fucking ass! I got an offer yesterday but in the afternoon and once I have everything sent to me Monday I’m going to only give a three day notice. We have Friday off and then there’s Monday for Memorial Day and I dont see why I need to come in that following week to satisfy them.

Management has basically made me feel unwanted there and treats me like a child. If I’m not at my desk, we end up having a 40 minute meeting about how I need to report everywhere that I go to him or my coworkers even though we are adults. Didn’t realize I have to tell my coworkers if I have to shit but okay? Also, why not send me a message and ask me where I am and that you’re looking for me. Now, I have to report every single thing that I’m doing and working on multiple times a day as if I’m a child so he knows I’m working. You should know I’m working I’m at my desk aren’t I? It’s giving when your parents say if they don’t see you doing homework you’re not doing it.

He also threw me into the role with no training or anything I had to figure things out on my own but then is yelling at me that I’m working too slow and not fulfilling his expectations. I tried to complain and got the “oh that’s just how he is you know he’s from a different generation” from HR and my supervisor who’s under him. Cool, so let me go ahead and keep busting my ass so I can get yelled at and told I’m working too slow? Fuck you. Also, because he’s a fucking boomer he can talk to me that way? Please.

The other day he said hi to me but then my coworker told me he proceeded to go to him secretly and ask him aggressively what Im doing and what am I working on? And he was like ummm her job….you can’t come to me and ask me like an adult? Now my coworker is uncomfortable because he feels as if he has to babysit me when I work hard. He even defended me in a meeting and said I trained him and that I know what I’m doing especially because I was the only person doing that job at first until he came in. My coworker even told me I need to get a new job because this is unfair treatment on me. There’s more that’s happened but it would end up being too long a post.

Everyday that I go in I’ve been crying in the morning and anxious because I already know I’m going to get yelled at for something or made to feel as if I’m not doing my job. Everyone has been asking me why is he being this way and I’m thinking it’s the typical hire someone to a role that’s brand new, not give them training, not give them explanations even though you’ve asked and then yell at them that they’re slow and not working. Fuck you! You’re not getting two weeks! I have a great resume with BIGGER companies on it and made good connections here so I don’t need your dumbass reference have a nice life! I only took this job cause I wanted higher pay and this was paying better than my last job but not worth the $$.
