I was always the chubby kid in class and at family gatherings, and I was the biggest procrastinator to start THAT day one. Honestly could've gotten to this point so much earlier had I not been lazy, but better late than never. For all those who are struggling to start the day one, please know that you should never let your mood or emotions affect you showing up for yourself and taking a step forward each day. Take the next day as a clean slate and believe in yourself to push that mental barrier day by day, because it is very very possible, and it will impact you more than you ever know. I have the pure intention to post this not to flex, but to reach out to those who are struggling and provide reassurance that you're not alone in this mental battle. If you ever need someone to talk to, please feel free to reach out if there's really no one else ok? Keep pressing on guys, you can do it!! 🙏🙏
