Hey all changing jobs. I have a current tn with my current employer, and going to get another with a new one.

Bachelor's and Masters in eng.

What POE should I go to? How much time do I give before giving resignation at the current employer? I want something secured before I do that.

Is there overall more scrutiny on tns right now?

Both positions are technical program management.
