Postpartum sweating

I’m 30 years old, 5 months postpartum with my 2nd child. I only breastfeed. Everyday I’m drenched in sweat. I don’t really get night sweats but it starts up soon after I wake up and get going. Any bit of activity( even just washing dishes or folding laundry) I’m sweating down my back and neck and underarms. It just feels like no matter the temp outside I’m always sticky. All day long until I shower at night and calm down does it kind of go away. Has this happened to other moms? I went to the dr and asked for a thyroid test but hasn’t come back yet. Helppppo I need to know is this normal or just me. This hasn’t happened this severely to anyone I know

It’s getting in the way of my life. I can only wear certain things and think about where I’m going and what I’m doing because of the embarrassment of being literally drenched In sweat while no one else is. My poor kids are paying for it because mommy’s self esteem

30(f) always sweating

Hi. I was told I had PCOS in my early 20s because of cyst on my ovaries but my OB never ran further testing. But since I was about the 5th grade I have had so much sweating. Basically everywhere. But it generally started in the armpits. Once it started I only committed to tank tops.

Here and there I would sweat in other places but to the point it gives me anxiety and then the anxiety makes me sweat more. I felt like I was getting somewhere in my mid 20s but there still wasn’t a day I didn’t sweat. Now I’m 30 and im 4 months postpartum and I’m miserable. It has gotten so much worst.

I even just sweat doing daily things around the house. Or the second I step somewhere with no air flow I’m instantly sweating. I do notice that some is caused by social anxiety because once I go somewhere or have to talk to someone I get hot and break out sweating. It also comes in waves.

It’s really hard for me to pin point where it’s coming from but I do believe I have Pcos and that might be the root cause of it all. I’m not to big on taking medication, I like to go the natural route first.

Does anyone have this experience and has helped it naturally with herbs or supplements. If so pls help I’m desperate at this point. My whole life revolves around me sweating.
