HUMMINGBIRD EMERGENCY!!! I’ve recently come into possession of about 22 pounds of fresh hummingbird meat, but I am having trouble finding any good tried-and-true recipes for them. Any suggestions? Timely replies would be preferable as I would rather not freeze it. But then again, I can always get more :)

P.S., the tyrants at r/hummingbirds removed this same post, so I’m hoping that this sub can be more helpful.
