Im new to Pcs in general and i wanted to get some feedback on this pc i wanna build i have the parts in a kart for amazon i just need to know that im not wasting both my money and time

My budget is alr stretched thin with this so i would like to either size down some of it if possible
Also i live in PR so any modifications plz keep in mind i might not be able to access them
