Looking for Motivation.
Okay so my situation is kinda fucked up. Because of Covid my degree timings are all haywire I was supposed to pass out last year in July or something but I got my results now In feb 2026 and I still don't have my degree certificate hand. I'm an MBA. And when I do get my certificate I'm gonna be a 2025 passout. . Not a very great college(keeping the deets to myself). I've been trying to find a job for months now. Haven't been able to find one.
I'm losing hope I don't know what to do.
Had an interview two weeks back for a startup, accounts executive role. He literally made me follow up for two weeks and then called me in, very subtly tried to put me down and humiliated me so that I could work for very less. By very less I mean genuinely less for a full time job.
Idk what to do.The way the market is with companies looking for know it all entry level people i genuinely don't know how to work with this.
The one thing I'm most afraid of is explaining the "gap" on my resume.
