48 hours after surgery and I don’t feel any pain, they did this ~7cm x 4cm x 1 cm excision of pilonidal cyst, no purulence no deep tracks. Wound was left open and packed~ I also just picked up my 600mg ibuprofen and 5mg oxycodone today since my pharmacy was closed by the time I got home the day from the hospital and yesterday. Is it normal not to feel pain or do I still have the medication from the hospital numbing my wound?
