I need a watch to monitor my health, sleep, and progress. I don't practice aerobics, but almost exclusively in the weight room. I use the Hevy application for workouts. I know that no smartwatch is effective in this area.
I am evaluating two watch models: Garmin Forrunner 165 and Apple Watch SE 3 GPS.
I know apple watch can integrate 100% with hevy, but it has limitations like battery and data accuracy.
Garmin I know is more accurate and reliable on parameters, but it's not suitable for weight training and doesn't integrate with Hevy.
Suggestions?
Do you know of any models or brands that are more suitable for my purposes?
