Hello my name is Max and I’m a freshman entering my summer break. I’ve been hearing a lot about CLEP exams, but I’m still pretty confused about how they work. I’ve seen websites like Modern States say the exams can be free, but I’m not sure if that’s actually true or what entails with them. Are CLEP exams worth taking in high school, and do most colleges accept the credits? How hard are they, and would they take up my entire summer, and if they do so be it, but I'm just wondering. I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences since I’m thinking about trying them this summer.
