Is there an issue with taking too much protein powder

So I need a lot of protein for my build but I’m on a cut, so I tend to take about 4 scoops a day 2 in the morning 2 after dinner. I’m just wondering if thats an issue. And if what is the actual limit?

I'm getting back into reading and the Cosmere has made it hard to look for other seris.

I've gotten back into reading over the last year and I've read most of the Cosmere books by this point, I still have some of the Stormlight books but I'm taking a small break before reading the last two since I binged the first three in a little over a month.

My issue, is that I'm struggling to find another series that is interesting to me that:

- Isn't too long (wheel of time seems interesting but is like 14 books)

- Has a magic system that makes sense (I don't need a hard magic system but when there are very few rules it kind of takes me out of it)

- Has character arcs and initial concepts that seem as interesting to me as Sanderson

- And most importantly, has a world and story that creates a lot of buildup and mystery which keeps me really hooked.

Odds are that I'm struggling to find the right books because I'm new to reading fantasy and I am not looking in the right places, but I'd like to know if others have a similar opinion or any recommendations.
