Every time I plan an international move, history happens.
In 2019, I decided to move to Australia.
Spent months researching and applying for PR.
In 2020, my application was live. COVID arrived.
Australia promptly disappeared behind a giant “Closed Until Further Notice” sign.
A few years later, I dust myself off, build my career, and decide Dubai could be my next chapter.
Interviews done. Job confirmed. Things looking positive.
Then the Middle East decides to remind everyone that geopolitics has impeccable timing.
Somewhere in between came the classic corporate line: “We’re just finalising the structure.” 😄
At this point, I’m beginning to suspect I’m not a marketing professional but a highly specialised geopolitical indicator.
On a serious note, I’m a marketing professional with 13+ years of experience across luxury, media, advertising and real estate, currently based in Mumbai and exploring opportunities in Dubai.
I’ve led brand strategy, integrated campaigns, partnerships and premium customer experiences.
