u/Ecstatic-Cat-5466

I had a flat on the back tire so needed to replace it. When I try to put it back together I am unable to get the tire valve to stick out enough to pump up. I’ve taken it apart many times and keep trying but cannot get it to stick out. Anyone know else have this issue or any suggestions? Thanks!
