So I was on hormonal birth control since last October, come to find out the progesterone is causing aura flares and ocular migraines. I stopped taking it Wednesday (~4 days ago). Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on Saturday with him pulling out around 5 minutes before finishing in other ways. I’m just concerned on if I should be worried? I have an OBGYN appointment on Friday to discuss other birth control options (looking for an IUD).

I just purchased the Apple Watch SE 3 GPS. I came from a six-year-old Garmin venu. I understand the Apple Watch won’t show notifications if I’m actively using my phone, but my watch isn’t vibrating or showing me notifications when I’m not using it. I don’t have my watch on lock and I have wrist sensing on and my notifications are all on in my watch’s settings, but I’m confused why I’m not receiving anything. I’m really struggling trying to figure out how to get it to work. Is anybody else going through something similar?
