Why are people convinced Robin lied here
I've heard people say Robin lied when she said 'No' to Ted here
I never really got that when I watched the scene. Robin had told Kevin she loved him. She and Barney had just had a backslide, where she'd almost left Kevin to be with Barney. Ted even says that after he picks her from the airport and they hang out for the rest of the day, even go to their first date restaurant, he knew she wasn't into him before she ever says the explicit 'No'
