Please help! (re:hennan park policy)
So for context, I recently booked a room for 3 days for me, my mother, and sister. The mode of payment that I used was through QR PH scanned through my Landbank app. I already received my confirmation email, and there I saw that my mode of payment was credit card.
However, my issue was, in one of their policy, Card Fraud Control Policy:
It says that for all credit/debit card transactions including third-party transactions (the card owner and booking name are different), guests must present the valid/active actual physical card used upon check-in for further verification (an inactive card or a card copy is not allowed).
My problem was, I do not have any physical card, because my Landbank savings account is my payroll cars for work (I'm a government contractual employee). My question is this, since it's in their policy, is there a possibility that the first payment that I paid will be forfeited? and not refunded to me?
Please help me out. I'm a recent graduate, and this is my first time bringing my mother and sister to Boracay. I'm kinda nervous, because it's a huge amount for me.
