I received an LOI for answering “no” to have I ever used or purchased “illegal” drugs. However, in 2022 for a public trust interview I did tell the investigator I smoked and purchased weed handful of times in a legalized state in 2019. The job that I’m getting a clearance for is from 2025. Am I fucked based on this LOI.
