Anxiety
I’m someone who has developed intense anxiety about becoming pregnant accidentally. I’m currently on my 4th pack of Nikki birth control after I was having irregular bleeding on other pills. The first 3 packs my “period” was finally coming when it was supposed to and I felt great. This month, I’m now at the end of the placebo week and no period. My fiance and I use condoms, and pull out and I’m usually very accurate with taking my pills. This month I did miss a pill on accident so I did double up on pills one night and continued the pack like normal. Per my doctor, that was fine to do. Now I’m just super anxious and in my head that I’m pregnant. I’m not having symptoms of pregnancy, I took a negative test last week before my pill pack was done. Should I be worried?
