Unsure about the company I am interviewing for…

Back Story:

I am early in my career (2 years inside sales) mostly fielding inbound requests, quoting, and closing. Im looking for a new role cause I worked my ass off to fill the shoes of a senior team member who left a year ago and did very well. He managed large projects and a little while after he left, i asked for his position because I already took on his work load and was thriving. They said lets wait and see, then 3 months later told me they are eliminating the position and training the whole team on how to manage these projects. Since then, I continue to handle the large projects workload, get zero compensation for the additional value I bring and they have done zero trainings to make the team more well rounded. This is pretty much the only reason I want to leave, the company is pretty chill besides that.

Current Issue:

In the third round interviewing for a SDR role, im on the fence about the company and would like some opinions. Basically, there are multiple awful reviews about the SDR team. They say there is micromanaging, obsessing over call count even if you exceed quota, lack of training, and claims that multiple top performers have left in recent months because of these issues. Not a single good review of sales team in recent years. This is something I would like to bring up in the interview but that may be self sabotage. At the same time, I am compelled to go with my gut and stay away but Im worried this might be anxiety about going from an inbound sales role to outbound. My intention is to go to an outbound sales role and get out of my comfort zone but would prefer a company with more training and not such dogshit reviews saying stuff I know will make me want to leave.

Please let me know what you would do if you were in your mid 20s or lmk if all sales teams tend to be a cluster fuck, Ill never find what I am looking for and should grow up and take the job if its offered.
