Continue on Skilled Worker Dependent or Switch to FLM (R)
My husband was on skilled worker visa from June 2021 to May 2026, when he got his Set (O) - ILR approved. I married him and came to the UK in March 2025. Husband earns decently well - highest rate taxpayer, while i am currently a housemaker.
Based on the foreshadowing of Immigration whitepaper, would it makes sense for me to switch to a FLM (R) visa? Big consideration is requirement for individuals to provide income proof for themselves while family income not being considered at all. Any suggestions would be welcome.
