Non-Concierge allowed in lounge?
My SIL recently cruised on the fantasy with her husband. They booked a regular verandah room, the others they were traveling with all booked concierge rooms. There were 15+ concierge rooms available prior to the cruise, even a week out. There was availability on embarkation day to upgrade at the port. We were thinking of joining them is why I know this. They choose not to upgrade. SIL and her husband were allowed in the concierge lounge with their friends on three occasions. Once even “invited by the lounge manager.” I was really surprised. Is this typical??
