Hi guys. I have been considering microdosing for quite awhile, but I’m terrified to quit my antidepressants(yes plural, unfortunately I take 3. I’ve had 3 major traumatic events in the last 17 years and had to go back on them and add an additional medication after each one). Do you have to be completely off the AD’s before beginning your microdose regimen or can you taper off gradually after beginning your regimen? Thank you for any insight, experiences or information. I would like to microdose LSD if that is relevant.
