Hi everyone,
I am currently on STEM OPT, which expires in August 2026, and I am considering enrolling in Avila University’s Day 1 CPT MBA program starting in July.
I wanted to hear from current students or alumni about their experiences with Avila, specifically regarding H-1B petitions and RFEs.
Have any of you received an H-1B RFE while attending Avila?
Does the university provide documentation or support to help respond to RFEs?
How responsive is the international student office when immigration-related questions come up?
Have you had any issues with USCIS because of Day 1 CPT?
I would really appreciate hearing about real experiences, both positive and negative, before making a decision.
