I’m pleasantly surprised!
Okay I totally was worried for quality on these and was very sad on the loss of the usual Skullpanda eyes but these are absolutely adorable! They gave the eyes a gloss that does not read on camera very well and the amount of detail on them is impressive for how small they are. Most have a plastic accessory like boots or gloves that gives them a bit more detail or different texture and overall the quality is really impressive!
Especially after I got some of the a-z labubus that had absolutely horrid quality control (one guy straight up had no feet) this was a great change.
These ones are also actually purse sized and have a lower barrier of entry that I don’t feel so opposed to risking waking around without a face dome. It leans into the ethos of blind box keychains that the cost is low enough I’ll actually participate (instead of just overpaying on getting exactly what I want off mercari when they’re $40 a pop).
Overall this line is a huge win to me!
