I was hoping someone smarter than me can help with this. I need some funds from my TFSA, but can’t decide between selling $3000 worth of:

my ETF XGRO (44% total return to date)

or penny stock MAXQ (which has dipped from 52% total return to just 2% today)

I don’t know enough to understand the opportunity costs here.
