Pushy-ness
Anyone else think it’s annoying how AYA (or all companies) are so pushy. Like even after you’ve completed multiple contracts without a delay. Expressing the desire to take time off between contracts and being called every day about contracts being sent to you when we all know how to use the app, compliance making you rush to do labs, education etc but they send the information all last minute, payroll messing up your checks and then not responding until when they send your hour update for the following week? Or is it just me 😅.
I’ve been with Aya almost 2 years but the hounding on their side and the fact that when I have an issue (specifically with pay) they can’t respond timely is annoying. I guess maybe a recruiter out there has an answer. I feel like the telemarketer level calls especially when I’ve nicely said “I’m enjoying my time off.”
Btw I also have another contract lined up so it’s not like they think I’m quitting or ghosting them 😅
