Where do all the official player details come from? Like their exact heights, weights, birthdays, and other personal info that wasn’t mentioned in the anime at all

I keep seeing this kind of information listed everywhere, and it looks consistent, so I’m assuming it comes from official sources. But I honestly don’t know where people are getting it from

Are these details from guidebooks, games, or some official database? If anyone knows the original source, I’d really appreciate it
