How do you keep track of a growing fig collection?

I’m fairly new to fig growing and already realizing how easy it is to lose track of details once you have more than a few trees or cuttings going.

For those of you with larger collections, how do you track things like:

  • cultivar/source
  • cutting start dates
  • rooting or grafting progress
  • photos over time
  • failures/dead plants
  • harvest notes
  • potting up or moving locations

Do you use a spreadsheet, notebook, plant tags, phone photos, notes app, memory, or some combination?

I’m especially curious what has actually worked long-term, not just what seems organized at the beginning.
