Growatt SPF 6000 PE - N Bridge ?

I have a fully off-grid Growatt inverter system (not connected to the public grid at all, solar + battery only).
Measurements:
L-N = 230V
L-PE = ~115V
N-PE = ~115V
PE is connected to the house grounding system, chassis and water pipes are at 0V to PE.
From what I understand, the inverter output is currently floating / IT-style. The ~115V to PE on both conductors is likely caused by capacitive coupling.
My question:
Should an N-PE bond be installed on a fully off-grid Growatt system like this, or is the floating output intentional?
I cannot find clear documentation from Growatt about external N-PE bonding in off-grid mode.
