Help! ILR application long residence route (Potential Breach)
I would appreciate any advice regarding this. I may have a potential breach in my Tier 4 student visa. In 2022, during my masters degree, I started working full time on the 22nd of October 2022 after the course was finished on the 4th of October 2022. However, I was then later told I had to resubmit on the 15th of November 2022.
Unknowingly (as I didnt know the rules at the time and I assumed that I am in my "wrap up" period), I kept working full time until the UKVI was informed with course completion on the 25th of January 2023. I was then granted a graduate visa in 2023. Later on, I also applied for a tier 2 (skilled worker) visa and I was successful. I am now due to apply for an ILR long residence route in September and I am scared that it might cause issues.
I am planning on disclosing this in my application, any advice would be much appreciated.
