Please advice on my portfolio - age 33, fully paid off bto, planning to buy a new place once my current place hits MOP in 1 years time -

Company stocks (faang) -190k

Syfe core equity 110k

Syfe cash+ 68k

Cash in bank - 40k

Nikko etf - 14k

Voo - 95k

Sg REITs and stocks - 60k

I have cash in bank + syfe cash+ for my next property. Although hopefully will be able to pay the down payment off via cpf oa and whatever profits I make off my current flat.

I feel like currently I'm too heavy in tech stocks but also not sure what I should balance this out with? Should I get bonds?
