Light flow after several D&C and surgeries
Im 41. I got my 2 kids when I was 27 and 30. natural no problems. few years later I wanted to conceive again. after my second one I got Mirena for about 5 years. Fast forward since 2022 I had recurrent pregnancy lost several D&C. Last time i was pregnant was in Summer of 2024. After that DC my period changed. it was brown and very light sometimes just a few drops. in January 2025 got another hysteroscopy to see if I got RPOC like before. the doctor said was none. still my period was very abnormal. I chnged RE and they started with new tests. Found out I had Isthmocele so got a laparoscopy on December 2025 in the surgery RE found a small synechiae probably as a result from my previous DC. the period came back the first few month close to my previous normalcy however the last 2 were dark and bright red with light flow lasting only 2 days. Im planning doing a IUI but Im afraid my light period is a reflection of a weak uterus Im so disappointed of this long and expensive journey. Any advice or similar experience with period changes aftwr so many procedures?
