Sebum plugs everywhere :(

hi guys i recently started no poo this month since then ive been regularly doing a 10 minute scalp massage before rinsing with cold water, however recently i have noticed much more hardened sebum plugs coming out from my scalp, this has also caused more hair shedding as a hair is often attached to it, what should i do about this sebum plugs? i was thinking of getting a BBB to help in cleaning my scalp of deadskin n sebum better?

Im not sure what to look out for (beginner)

hi guys so for context ive recently started no poo 2 weeks ago since then ive been doing regular mechanical cleaning and water rinses to get rid of sebum and build up, but the thing is i have a really short buzz cut, so i cant tell if my hair is getting too greasy or anything. so far my scalp has no itching, and hairfall is similar to when i was regularly shampooing, despite maybe most of the hairs have a white bulb or sheath.

So i just wanted to ask if there was any warning signs that i should be looking out for that could indicate that no poo is not for me? Or that i should be doing something different?
