Curious if anyone else had/has hard evidence that AT&T was at fault for SSN, names(s), DOB(s), phone #s, address, etc of themselves and their family; however, were only placed in group 2 (non SSN loss group)?
Prior to submission due date, over months, I tried reaching out to Kroll numerous times (all documented) via phone, email/online, and tracked mail methods, all with zero response.
I have an ongoing cybersecurity company overseeing my family and me. They alerted me that AT&T had been breached and lost SSN(s)/info listed above on myself and family members attached to my AT&T account.
I turned in all the info to Kroll in all Kroll correspondence requests, proving the breach, and requested to be added to both groups given the evidence I had/have. Ended up having to lock down all credit bureaus and ended up being a real mess.
Anyway, I was surprised that Kroll offered various ways to contact them, but despite numerous attempts I received no correspondence from them whatsoever.
Anyone else have Kroll communication issues/non-response?
