I’m already a veterinarian in my country, but I want to specialize further in my field and gain proper residency training and recognition. I need to take the NAVLE, but sometimes I feel like I’m already too old for it. I’m also not sure if specialty clinics or schools have age limits. I genuinely enjoy studying, though finding time is difficult because I work full-time in a small animal clinic.

Should I still aim to take the NAVLE, or should I just be content with what I have right now?
