In my country education system is literally so bad college graduates can't find a job so i want to study abroad. My parents are fine with it as long as i get accepted in Harvard or Oxford or something like that. I am a junior student 18 years old and i want to study Software Engineering. How do i even get accepted to a school like that i have no idea where should i start and which to pick
