who works in workforce development/case management? I need advice.

I want to get into career coaching, counseling, case management, or youth services specialist-type roles basically work where I’m helping people find jobs, connect with employers, and see if candidates are a good fit for opportunities.

The issue is I don’t have much direct experience yet. I have about 10 months of retail experience, 6 months of office/admin work, and some student engagement experience from college.

I’m trying to figure out:
- Where can I go to get experience in this field?
- What entry-level roles should I be looking for?
- Are there certifications, volunteer opportunities, or programs that help people break into workforce development/case management?
- If anyone already works in this field, what helped you get your foot in the door?

I have a bachelor’s degree and genuinely enjoy helping people, guiding them, and communicating with others — I just need a path to start building experience.
