Teaching Strategy: Cooperative, Collaborative Learning and Peer Tutoring
Good morning, what are all the thoughts and opinions on peer learning, collaborative learning, cooperative learning, and peer tutoring? There is so much research on learning by teaching others, but it is not widely used. What are the best ways you use peer teaching without having the "highs" teach the "lows"? I study reciprocal teaching, CWPT models, and PALS. Does anyone else use these strategies?
