My genuine question to everyone is why are we trolling NTA for admitting their loss? Many times we criticize the government for not taking accountability, but now that one agency accepts their fault and tries to redeem themselves, people are making a joke of them too. I feel this negative response is the reason why agencies usually don't step forward to admit their mistakes.
