Would you allocate a spend budget for your AI agents
I give my agents API keys and tools, but I'm still the one deciding who they can call. They don't really get their own budget.
Would you actually let an agent spend money? Say a monthly cap, and it can call paid specialist APIs when the main model is bad at something. Or do you just hardcode the vendors?
Anyone doing this already? What went wrong if you tried?
