Hello. I’m posting for the first time because I had a question about the recent food stamp restrictions.

Since it started, I’ve noticed some things while grocery shopping. Today for example, I was able to buy apple juice, but cranberry juice denied. I was also able to buy a tub of ice cream.

I thought sugary drinks and candy were not allowed anymore but somehow ice cream is allowed even it have load of sugar as well? I know they’re trying to make us healthier, but what system is deciding what qualifies and what doesn’t?
